Doug was previously the President of the Golf Galaxy, a specialty retail division of Dick’s Sporting Goods. He mapped and executed a comprehensive strategy to reverse deteriorating sales and market share and establish dominant ecommerce presence. He served as a member of Dick’s Sporting Goods Executive Leadership team, Real Estate Committee, and Employee Engagement Task Force. Prior to Golf Galaxy, Doug served as the Executive Vice President of Retail Merchandising, Retail Marketing, Wholesale, Capital and Global Sourcing for Big Lots, the nations largest broad line close-out retailer. Prior to Big Lots, Doug was the Vice President, GMM and Home Business Unit President at Sears Holdings where he retained full P/L responsibility for Kmart, Sears, The Great Indoors.
