Kendra Bonner

Kendra Bonner is an organization development professional with more than 15 years’ of corporate consulting experience. She has a rich background with industry-leading Fortune 500 companies including Texas Instruments, JCPenney, and Mohawk/Dal-Tile.


She has domestic and international business consulting experience across the U.S. and Canada, Mexico, Germany, Japan, and China. Her clients have included C-level executives, vice presidents, first line managers, and leadership teams. Her expertise includes executive coaching, leadership development, organizational change, process reengineering, acquisition and integration, internal communications, training, team building, and group facilitation.


With an intense drive for results and the ability to engage a broad, diverse group of people in achieving those results, Kendra is known for building strong client relationships that lead to courageous dialogue about what really needs to be done. This straightforward approach enables faster decision making and results. This has earned her a reputation for being real, honest, and quick to make a lasting impact.


Kendra holds an MS in Organization Development from Pepperdine University, an MS in Business Management from Texas A&M, and a BA in Psychology from Oklahoma State University. She is fluent in Spanish and holds various certifications including SPHR, MBTI, FIRO-B, TKI, 360 Feedback, and is a PROPTA nutritionist and personal trainer.
